Summer 2025 Reserve Beef

With the spring weather finally starting to poke out of the snowy winter, we’re getting ready to open up our summer bulk beef reserve list. As promised, we’re opening our list to those who have supported us and their networks before opening the list to the public.
The bulk beef order list will be open for booking quarters, halves and wholes on May 17, 2025 at 8:00am. Talk to your friends and family and see if anyone is interested in going “halves on a half” or splitting a whole - that’s the best way to go if you like customizing your cuts!
Please note that bulk beef orders will be ready starting mid-July. When you select your butcher date on your order form, please understand that delivery will be approximately 5-6 weeks from that butcher date. Date selections will be first come first serve based on the time your order was submitted. We will do our best to get everyone the dates they select, and will contact you with alternatives if necessary.
The list will open to the public on June 1, so be sure to reserve yours when they open!
Selecting Cuts
If you are looking to customize your cuts in your bulk beef order, you’ll need to reserve a half or whole beef. These can be boxed in quarters too if you plan to split with someone. Pickup or Delivery
Bulk beef orders can be booked for delivery days once they are completed. We deliver as far north as Crossfield, as far west as Calgary, as far south/east as Medicine Hat. Pickup at the ranch near Bassano can also be arranged for a 5% discount.
Pricing
Our bulk beef price as of May 17, 2025 will be $6.75/lb on hanging weight. Between now and then, we are working to update the pricing on our website and social media so please be patient while we do so. Learn more about our beef pricing.
Cuts + Boxes
From what we can tell, our bulk beef demand is going to be higher than past years. To this end, we will be placing a priority on our bulk beef business and our availability of cuts and boxes will be limited. We are working to stock up for summer burgers, ground beef and steaks but please understand that with the strong demand for bulk beef, our inventory may be limited.
