Boxes & Cuts
We regularly have a suite of boxes to meet a variety of tastes and budgets, but we can definitely build something to meet your unique needs. Our inventory is seasonal and fluctuates, so we may connect with you on any cuts that aren’t available, and offer to replace them with an equal or higher value cut.
Box packages are subject to change based on weights of the individual cuts.

From what we can tell, our bulk beef demand is going to be higher than past years. To this end, we will be placing a priority on our bulk beef business and our availability of cuts and boxes will be limited. We are working to stock up for summer burgers, ground beef and steaks but please understand that with the strong demand for bulk beef, our inventory may be limited. We will do our very best to keep our beef on your grill this summer!

All cuts are subject to availability at the time of ordering. If you require more than 20lb of any product, please provide at least 30 days advance notice.
Other cuts may be available upon request.
